Chapter 1 System Overview

1.1 Design overview

With the development of science and technology, more and more criminals' crime tools have been constantly upgraded. How to quickly locate criminals and effectively combat criminals to ensure the safety of the general public is the most fundamental task and goal of every city. As a safe city monitoring, it not only has a wide range of monitoring, many monitoring points, and a large amount of video information needs to be analyzed and processed. For a safe city, there is a strong demand for emergency command in response to emergencies. How to effectively use resource sharing, coordinate operations, and ensure the stability, security, and confidentiality of the entire system are all must be considered in the construction of a safe city command and dispatch system problem.

The large LCD splicing screen has been widely used in various fields due to its advantages of high definition, high contrast, high stability, and no radiation. A set of intelligent LCD splicing large screen display equipment has been established to monitor and display information for safe cities. This will help the city's traffic management work to be safer, more stable, and more accurate.

1.2 Demand analysis

Establish an intelligent, digital, and high-definition LCD splicing large-screen display system that can be used to display the surrounding environment and police dispatching in the public security area, and can display city security surveillance videos in the entire display system in real time. In this system design, our company designed 3 rows and 9 columns of 55-inch LCD splicing large-screen display solutions according to user needs.

Chapter 2 Detailed Design

2.1 System structure

2.2 System composition

1) 55-inch LCD screen: 27 pieces

The ZAXTEAM 55-inch narrow-side engineering special display has higher brightness, service life, and stability than traditional liquid crystal indicators.

2) Decoding and splicing matrix: 1 set

It supports HDMI signal input/output interface, and provides an ideal image processing solution for video surveillance, server computers and other display applications on large screens.

3) Mosaic management computer + software:

1 set of ZAXTEAM video splicing management software supports multi-screen signal splicing.

4) Video transmission cable: 27 sets

The high-definition video is transmitted to the LCD screen for display.

5) TV wall: 27 modular frames

Support fixed LCD engineering screen.

2.5 System function

The entire large-screen display system is based on ZAXTEAM splicing management software to realize various splicing functions;

1) Single screen display: Each unit of the combined large screen displays a video picture separately, and the video signal of each unit can be switched at will (the display effect is shown in the figure below).

2) Full screen display: The entire large screen displays a complete video image, the displayed image can be composite video (PAL or NTSC), VGA, S-Video, Ypbpr/YCbCr, DVI.

2.6.3.4 Ultra-wide viewing angle

The super wide viewing angle of 178° horizontal and vertical, standing at any angle, the visual effect is maintained. Excellent display performance is especially good when composing a super large splicing large screen wall, which is conducive to users to see consistent image effects from all angles.

2.6.3.5 Ultra-narrow side structure

2.6.3.6 DCDi technology

ZAXTEAM liquid crystal display unit adopts high-end image processing chip, which can move the edge of the picture and adjust the pixel points that should be inserted around each pixel, that is, DCDi (Directional Correlational Deinterlacing) technology, which can be used to achieve all pixels in each scene The dots are always unified with the surrounding pixels. 2.6.3.8 Dynamic adaptive noise reduction technology

The high-end display chip used by ZAXTEAM uses dynamic adaptive noise reduction technology to reduce noise without producing stains, and truly restores the original appearance of the image.

2.6.3.9 Cross-color suppression technology

Cross color suppression (Cross color suppression) uses dynamic detector technology to selectively filter static images for a short period of time, and uses image storage technology to store the required chromaticity. After using this technology, in scenes with interlaced color changes: such as tiled roofs, cross-patterned clothes, leaf scenes, etc., there is no longer any excess noise.

2.7 Decoding integrated platform

2.7.1 Decoding and Display

Configure the decoding video platform in the monitoring center to decode the front-end HD video stream. The decoding video platform is a back-end product developed by Hong Kong Zhiteng specifically for IP digital front-end equipment that integrates decoding and display. This product not only has traditional digital decoding functions, but also traditional video matrix switching functions, and output Display multiple divisions, arbitrary divisions and combinations, multiple outputs can be directly spliced and other powerful functions; finally, through one device, the traditional equipment requires multiple devices and multiple systems to achieve the integration of the program, and the operation is simplified and functional To achieve diversification in terms of quality, and to achieve absolute superiority in cost performance, so that end customers can truly experience, comfortable, convenient, and low-cost high-tech innovative products.

2.7.2 Video surveillance management platform functions

1. Video surveillance preview function

Function overview: Through real-time video preview, all-weather and omni-directional monitoring functions of front-end monitoring points are realized, real-time and clear monitoring of monitoring targets, and front-end conditions can be viewed 24 hours a day.

2. Information release function

Push function through distributed platform: a computer can push multiple different advertisement videos or pictures saved locally to any large screen for display; each video can be displayed by splicing or split screen, subverting a computer can only be large The traditional way of displaying a video on the screen saves a lot of computer hardware and access costs

3. KVM seat function

The main function:

  • Installation is simple, each source computer or agent plugs into the USB wireless KVM node;
