1.2Design scope

This project is mainly aimed at upgrading the original display equipment of the monitoring center of the entrepreneurial service center of a high-tech zone in a city. The current monitoring center splicing screen design uses 15 46-inch ultra-narrow-edge LCD screens with a splicing gap of 3.5 mm, and the overall composition is 3 rows and 5 columns. Mosaic wall.

After the upgrade, the new decoding equipment single-block screen supports 9-screen split display, which can display 15*9=135 screens at the same time, or 16-screen split display, which can display 16*15=240 screens at the same time. The district entrepreneurship service center uses a total of 126 points, which can meet existing needs and leave room for later points to increase.

2.1system structure

2.1.1Front-end signal access part

Hong Kong Zhiteng's large-screen display system supports the access of various types of signals, such as analog cameras, high-definition digital cameras, network cameras, and other signals. In addition to remote cameras, it can also access local HDMI signals.

2.1.2Decoding and control part

After the front-end camera signal is connected to the video integrated platform, various signals can be decoded and controlled by the video integrated platform, and output to the large-screen display screen, and the entire large-screen display can be realized through the splicing control software installed on the control host The control and operation of the system realize the selection and control of the display signal on the wall.

2.1.3Display part on the wall

The large-screen display system supports the access display of DVI signals, HDMI signals and other signals. The signals that have been selected to be displayed on the wall are displayed through the control software. The full-screen display of the signals can be realized through the video integrated platform, with arbitrary division and window opening. A series of functions such as roaming, image overlay, arbitrary combination display, image stretching and zooming.

2.2 Main functions of video integrated platform

Configure a 16-output video integrated platform in the monitoring center to decode the front-end HD video stream. The integrated video platform is a back-end product developed by Hong Kong Zhiteng specifically for IP digital front-end equipment, which integrates decoding and display. This product not only has traditional digital decoding functions, but also traditional video matrix switching functions, and output Display multiple divisions, arbitrary divisions and combinations, multiple outputs can be directly spliced and other powerful functions; finally, through one device, the traditional equipment requires multiple devices and multiple systems to achieve the integration of the program, and the operation is simplified and functional To achieve diversification in terms of quality, and to achieve absolute superiority in cost performance, so that end customers can truly experience, comfortable, convenient, and low-cost high-tech innovative products.

2.2.1Basic parameters:

1. Adopt modular design, each module supports two HDMI2.0 decoding output and one HDMI2.0 input encoding;

2. Support H.265, H.264, MPEG4, MJPEG2, MJPEG video stream decoding;

3. Support 4096*2160, 2544*1922, 1920*1080P, 1280*720P and other formats and custom resolution output;

4. Support 32-channel 4K or 128-channel 1080P or 256-channel 720P or 512-channel D1 audio and video decoding;

2.2.2 Platform function introduction

1)Management function

User authority management can refer to the restriction of access to resources of ordinary users according to the security rules or security policies set by the system. Users of different levels can only access the corresponding resources authorized by themselves; the highest authority is the administrator, who can create, view, and Modify and delete the permissions of the same level and lower-level users. It is recommended that ordinary users not give this permission to prevent misoperation or random operation, which may cause various system problems, and ensure the stability and safety of the system.

3) Window roaming function

Splicing and window roaming are all realized by adjusting the size and position of the roaming window.

4) Decoding channel patrol function

Support two rounds of rounds: "time interval rounds" and "time round rounds";

A. Time interval round robin: You can add multiple video sources for each window, each video source displays a specified length of time, and the dwell time is set in seconds (S);

5)Dome operation function:

For the image displayed on the TV wall, when operating on the software, if the corresponding image is a network dome camera, you can directly control the dome camera with PTZ function through the dome control window on the network matrix. The operation content includes, control The dome camera rotates in the direction, sets presets, deletes presets and other operations. The dome rotation speed software is adjustable, and it can also control the focus, zoom, and aperture of the integrated movement.

2.3 Monitoring center display

The pros and cons of the monitoring system mainly see whether the image is clear and whether the user's manipulation is convenient. By monitoring the TV wall, users can clearly observe the images they want to watch and deal with problems in time.
